A Bride, A Groom, A Notary...

BGN LLC. is a notary service group that specializes in performing wedding ceremonies. We do our very best to give you the ceremony you've dreamed of as a little girl and now will enjoy as a woman. We sit with you to select a wedding vow that fits you as a couple. If the pre-written vows we provide do not fit you, we will assist you both to write one that speaks of your special love story.

We also have available, small wedding packages for those couples that need some help to put their wedding together. BGN can also refer you to professional vendors to supply everything you need and make sure to check out our summer special. For our couples looking for no frills or fuss contact us about our "Get Married and Go" special.

Just the Two of Us

A simple ceremony by officiate. File license with the state.

$100 + tax (Photo package available for $150, unlimited photos for 1 hour)

Simple Times

Officiate for up to 50 guests.

$150 + tax (event up to 1 hour)

Intimate

Officiate, bride and groom. Champagne/ sparkling cider and 2 flutes.

10 4x6 photos in an album.

$375 + tax Mon-Thu, $400 + tax Fri-Sun (event up to 1 hour)

Family and Friends

Officiate, bride, groom and up to 10 guest. Champagne/ sparkling cider and 12 flutes. A table with a small wedding cake. 50 photos on CD, plus 10 4x6 in an album.

$400 + tax Mon-Thu, $425 + tax Fri-Sun (event up to 1 hour)

Quick and Easy

Officiate, bride, groom, up to 50 guest. Photographer for up to 1 hour at one location. All photos on CD for your personal use. A keepsake wedding album with 10 (4x6) prints. Fresh floral bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere (roses 1 color). Ceremony music from our selection. If you do not have a location of your own we can suggest some possible sites.

$475 + tax Mon-Thu, $500 + tax Fri-Sun (your location up to 1 hour)

A Wedding at Kraft Azalea Park

Officiate and an event planner. Photographer will shoot photos at one (1) location. All photos on a CD for your personal use. .A keepsake album with 10 (4x6) prints. Ceremony music from our selection. Bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, roses 1 color choice. Cake and cider for toast. This location does not allow set up of tables, chairs etc. Up to 20 guests

$770 + tax Mon-Thu, $795 + tax Fri-Sun (Up to 2 hours)

Cocktails at The Cottage

Officiate, an event planner. Photographer will shoot photos at one (1) location. All photos on a CD for your personal use. A keepsake album with 10 (4x6) prints. Bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, roses of 1 color choice. Cake and cider for toast. Cocktail foods and drinks from our selection, with décor, tables, chairs, table cloths, chair covers. Ceremony and reception music from selection. Up to 45 guests. Lake Lily Maitland, FL.

$1,350 + tax Mon-Thus, $1,450 + tax Fri-Sun (Up to 2 hours)

Deposit of 50% of fees due to schedule your date

*Fees/prices are current and subject to change. Travel fees may apply. Not all prices include taxes, Holiday or special start time surcharges. Officiate fees include a face to face meeting, to be scheduled at a mutually convenient place and time. Email/phone contact, wedding vows, perform ceremony & file marriage license. Alcohol not permitted at all wedding sites.

*Food trays from BGN LLC food list. Some foods will be charged at higher prices. (i.e. seafood)

Professional wedding consultation and coordination, personalized wedding vows, wedding ceremony held by notary public, beautiful bridal bouquet for the bride. We can recommend a location for your ceremony if needed.

Wedding reception on the beach with:

Processing and assistance with documents:

•officiate signature and seal for marriage license

•recording of marriage license

Package price for bride, groom and up to 8 guest. Additional guest at a charge of $20 per guest, maximum of 10 additional guests. Price does not include taxes or gratuities. Travel fees will apply to ceremonies beyond a 20mile radius of our main office. Color choices of Red, Ivory & Pink.
