BGN LLC. is a Florida Notary Service group that specializes in performing wedding ceremonies. We do our very best to give you the ceremony you've dreamed of as a little girl and now will enjoy as a woman, and we sit with you to select a wedding vow that fits you as a couple. If the pre-written vows we provide do not fit you, we will assist you both to write one that speaks of your special love story.
We also have available small to elaborate wedding packages, for those couples who need some help to put their wedding together. BGN can also refer you to professional vendors to supply everything you need. Be sure to check out our all inclusive specials!

All beach wedding packages to be set up and performed at Jetty Park Beach, located in Port Canaveral FL. Other locations may require additional facility fees, permits and additional travel fees. Inclement weather plans can be made, but will require additional fees. Ceremony location may be decorated to each clients taste for an additional charge. Deposit of a minimum 50% is required to book “A Florida Beach Wedding” and balance is due at least 1 month prior to your event. Refund Policy: If you must cancel, please notify us in writing at least 30 business days in advance, to qualify for a refunded minus the Non-Refundable Deposit and administrative fees. Request must be received at least 30 days in advance to qualify for a refund.
*Fees/prices are current and subject to change. Not all prices/fees include taxes, set up and delivery charges. Or holiday, midnight or sunrise ceremony surcharges
*Travel fees apply for events outside of our immediate 15-mile service area and may not be included in the listed package prices
*Bi-lingual Fees are an additional $25 for the service, which includes translation of some material
*Additional fees may apply for lengthy/extremely detailed ceremonies
*Some outdoor set ups will not be attempted in difficult/inclement weather. Please speak to your coordinator about an alternate site
*Alcohol is not permitted at all ceremony sites. Sparkling cider will be substituted
*Food trays from BGN LLC list of foods available. Some foods may be at a higher price (i.e. seafood)
*Rehearsals start at - $50 per hour (dependent on travel fee)
*Major Holidays, midnight and sunrise ceremonies are by appointment only - additional - $50-$100. Express ceremonies are not available for Holidays unless available with a current special promotion (i.e.: Valentines Day, Christmas)
*Groups of over 50 guests - $25-$100 additional for officiate fee
*All packages include unlimited contact by phone/e-mail. A face-to-face meeting with clients to properly plan your ceremony/event, review and sign contracts; at a time and place that is mutually convenient. Additional consultation meetings are $30 per hr
*Hotel accommodations are subject to an additional refundable “Damage/Clean-up Fee” starting at $250. If damages or clean up expenses caused by clients and or their guest exceed the $250, clients will be responsible for any and all balances immediately upon billing and unpaid balance will be subject to legal action
*Ceremony rentals/floral setups (i.e. arches, torches, and floral paths) will remain in place for up to 30 minutes after the ceremony is completed for photo opportunities. Any time needed beyond said 30 minutes will be charged to the client at a $30 per 15-minute rate
